Registration Application
You have visited the School and now you would like to enrol your child with Calgary Quest.
To apply for registration for your child with Calgary Quest School, please print out the Registration Package in Portable Document Format (PDF).
To use the PDF form, you will need an Adobe Reader. If you do not already have an Adobe Reader installed on your machine, you may download a copy.

Make sure you fill out and sign all the forms. We also need a copy of your child's birth certificate when you submit the Registration Package.
